Being part of many of the big cat attacks in india during the 1900s, the Panar Leopard was the second most dealiest during the time. The panar leopard had more kills then most of the other big cats, but less than the Champawat tigress. The male leopard operated in Panar province, a remote area in central Kumaon in northern India. He has killed about 400 people, but it wasn't the main attention of the Indian press. Other big cats like the Champawat Tigress had more attention than the Panar leopard. Jim Corbet was the hunter that killed the leopard making both even more famous in India. Jim explained that if Leopards were the size of lions than they will be ten times harder to kill and they'll be the most deadly.
